freeimg2convert provides a free, browser-based image conversion and compression service. All processing occurs locally in your browser without uploading images to our servers.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
Our core image conversion service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future, but basic conversion functionality will remain free.
You may use the Service for lawful purposes only, including personal, educational, and commercial image conversion needs, provided you comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not upload, convert, or process images containing illegal content, copyrighted material you do not own, malicious code, or content that violates the rights of others.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original images. We are not responsible for any loss of data or images.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall freeimg2convert be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government actions.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Since we do not store your images or require account creation, simply discontinuing use effectively terminates your access.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in prohibited activities.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability.
Since we do not store your images, termination does not affect any images you have processed. Any locally stored preferences may be cleared from your browser.
Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
